Dr. Chandrasekar Govindasamy recently joined as Professor at the Medical Laboratory Sciences Department in Komar University of Sciences and Technology, Iraqi-Kurdistan. He was born in 1978 in the city of Chennai in India. He received his M.Sc. degree in Applied Chemistry in 2002 and Ph.D. in 2007 from Anna University, India. He carried out all his Ph.D research work in the Department of Chemical Technology, Technical University of Kaiserslautern, Germany through Indo-German collaborative research. He carried out his postdoctoral research in Inha University, South Korea and in Institut de Science des Materiaux de Mulhouse (IS2M), C.N.R.S France. He started his teaching career in 2010 and served as University Professor in various universities in India and Saudi Arabia.He teaches General Chemistry for the students of Pharmacy, Engineering and Medical Laboratory Sciences.
